We are born with the ability to smile, it is not something that we copy.  A person that smiles more is deemed to be more pleasant, sincere, attractive and more sociable. I'm Arthur Markham and I love to smile. It is the best asset that I have in my profession as a live receptionist.

My main goal of having this hub is to provide people with fun and informative articles of being an effective receptionist. Some of the topics I write includes how to handle difficult customers, how to reduce stressed level and have fun and other tips on how to improve customer service skills.
